Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vely website or purchasing digital accounts from our platform (the "Service"), operated by Vely ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our site, registering an account, or purchasing any digital products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access the site or use any of our services.

1. Nature of the Service & Non-Affiliation

• Independent Third-Party Vendor: Vely is an independent provider of digital accounts and related digital goods.
• Third-Party Disclaimers: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Vely is not associated, affiliated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any game developers, publishers, platforms, or service providers (collectively, "Third-Party Platforms").
• Trademarks: All trademarks, product names, logos, titles, and character names mentioned or referenced on our website belong to their respective copyright and trademark holders. Their use on our site is strictly for identification and descriptive purposes.

2. Eligibility & Buyer Responsibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.
• Third-Party Platform Rules: You explicitly acknowledge that purchasing, selling, trading, or transferring accounts may be prohibited by or violate the Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), or community standards of the respective Third-Party Platforms.
• Assumption of Risk: You agree that you purchase and use these accounts entirely at your own discretion and risk. Vely is not responsible for any administrative actions, suspensions, restrictions, bans, rollbacks, or lockouts initiated by any Third-Party Platform after purchase or outside of any stated warranty period.

3. Digital Delivery & Account Handover

• Delivery Method: All orders consist solely of intangible digital credentials (such as username, password, associated email credentials, or recovery details). Credentials are delivered digitally via email, direct dashboard download, or automated messaging upon verified payment.
• Immediate Fulfillment: Digital delivery begins immediately upon transaction confirmation. Because access to the credentials is granted instantly, delivery is considered fully executed once credentials are sent or revealed.
• Security Obligation: Upon delivery, you are strictly required to verify the credentials immediately and update all accessible security parameters, including but not limited to:
  • Passwords
  • Linked recovery email addresses
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) or phone numbers
  • Security questions and answers
• Vely is not liable for account recovery, theft, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure the credentials promptly.

4. Warranty & Guarantee Window

• Verification Window: We provide a limited verification guarantee lasting [e.g., 24 hours / 48 hours] from the timestamp of delivery. During this period, we guarantee that the credentials provided are functional as described at the time of sale.
• Invalid Credentials: If an account is invalid or locked upon receipt, you must open a support ticket within the specified guarantee window and provide verifiable proof (e.g., clear video proof from the moment of payment/credential reveal through login attempt).
• Warranty Exclusions: The guarantee is strictly void if:
  • You fail to report the issue within the guarantee window.
  • The account is banned, penalized, or restricted due to your own conduct, in-game actions, use of third-party software, unauthorized tools, or hardware/IP flags.
  • You fail to provide sufficient documentation demonstrating invalidity upon initial handover.
  • Any changes were made to the credentials that prevent verification.

5. Payments, Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

• Payment Authorization: You certify that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. All transactions are screened for fraud and suspicious activity.
• Verification Requests: We reserve the right to withhold delivery pending additional identity or payment verification if an order is flagged by our risk detection systems.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim without first contacting Vely customer support to resolve an issue is considered a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized dispute, we reserve the right to:
  • Terminate your access to the platform.
  • Revoke any active warranties or support.
  • Provide complete logs, IP data, and delivery proof to the payment processor or relevant dispute resolution authorities.

6. Strict No-Refund Policy

• Due to the inherently irrevocable nature of digital goods and exposed credentials, all sales are final.
• Once credentials have been viewed, delivered, or dispatched, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted except as explicitly covered under our limited verification guarantee described in Section 4.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vely, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of:
  • Your inability to access or maintain the purchased account.
  • Post-sale bans, suspensions, resets, or locks imposed by third-party game developers or service providers.
  • Any loss of in-game items, currency, rank, progress, or access.
• In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country, e.g., California, United States], without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to the Terms
